Acuvue 2

Acuvue 2 has a new, improved thin edge profile, designed to improve the comfort and handling of this lens. Always consult your optician before changing from Acuvue to Acuvue 2. Like Acuvue, Acuvue2 also has a flexible wearing schedule, which gives you the options of either using the lens as a daily two-week lens where you take the lens out each night, clean it and insert it the next morning – or as an overnight one-week lens where you wear the lens constantly (day and night) for a week and then after 7 days replace it with a new one. It is also quite common to wear Acuvue 2 as a monthly disposable lens.

Acuvue Advance

Acuvue Advance is a two-week daily wear lens developed by Johnson & Johnson. This new lens uses the Hydraclear moisture rich element to offer a unique silky feel. Acuvue Advance lenses are tinted for ease of handling and will not change the color of your eye. The tint is simply designed to facilitate locating the contact lenses in solution. These contact lenses also contain an inside-out "123" indicator to help ensure proper application/insertion.
